In the next 10 years, he played key technical roles in many projects in automating / computerizing many companies including large Steel mills, Sugar mills, Paper mills, Textile mills, Hospitals, Banks, Chemical plants, Fertiliser plants, Coal mines, Nuclear plants kalpakkam, Pharmaceutical plants, Defence establishments Telecom Companies and so on. Travelled across the length and breadth of India and gained very valuable technical knowledge and industrial process experience.
In the next decade, Managed a team of engineers, and played key decision making roles in many trendsetting projects. Played a critical role in the proliferation of the internet into every village and into every company. Was a core team member and architect for many projects like setting up large call centers, ITES organisations.. and carried out many developmental researches, like use of robotics in manufacturing..
Developed many sophisticated equipments, using cutting edge technologies involving Digital electronics, Power electronics, Software applications and Algorithms, Optical physics, Energy physics, Electro chemistry, PCB designing, Instrumentations, Plastic technologies, Industrial Manufacturing, Quality compliance technologies, Six Sigma, TQM, 5S and so on. In the third decade as Vice President – Research and development, made more than 30 innovations and secured patents… He designed, developed and manufactured most of the equipment and technologies for the Aadhaar project of the Indian Government, including Fingerprint Scanners, Iris Scanners, Deduplication Software, Matching Algorithms, Cryptographic Applications and so on..
He was BU head with Marketing and P&L Responsibilities. Secured many multi million $contracts with many renowned organisations like SBI, Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, IBM, BOB. BEL, ECIL and so on . Totaling above Hundreds of Crores of Business in INR, in addition to multi million USD businesses, both with very comfortable margins.
Now, into the fourth decade, setting up organisations on his own, to develop cutting edge technologies to address pressing problems of the country and thereby turning the problems into lucrative business opportunities.
